Tong Hing Supermarkets was established in 1959 with the opening of its first supermarket operation which was then a pioneer in the retailing & wholesaling of imported fine foods serving the growing western expatriate community in North Borneo.
The company is a family business founded by the late Datuk Wong Tze Fatt who had in his vision to establish an integrated food business on the values of quality and integrity. Tong Hing continues to provide fine food services to the community.
Tong Hing Supermarket operates retail and wholesale business in Kota Kinabalu area, catering to the upper segment of the market. The business offers a whole range of meat produce, deli, bakery, dairy, frozen foods, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and grocery items.
