Koi Hai Seng Sdn. Bhd. was established in the year 1986. It is a business specializing in wholesale & retail. The company has been in this business for over 20 years.

In the year 1986, the company capital is only RM500.00. It started its business by selling in the night market (pasar malam) using a small van. Koi Hai Seng business foundation is based on its honesty in a step by step footprint, hardship spirit & also taking a stable footsteps towards the future.

In the year 1990 by renting shops to do business, Koi Hai Seng gathered all their brothers together to develop this business. After 8 years of hardships & hardworking, the company finally able to have its own property by buying 3 shophouses in the year of 1998. Monthly sales at that time had achieved to RM1.2 million.

In order for Koi Hai Seng to step into the overseas market, Koi Hai Seng Import Export Sdn. Bhd. has been established. The company went to China to take survey by understanding the techniques of farming environment of local farmers. By doing so, it is able to import much of the local products such as onion, dried chilies, beans etc.

Till the year 2005, the company has been able to establish “”Khas-Wholesale Cash & Carry”, “Two in One” which is wholesale & retail business at Subang Permai utilizing an area of 3 ekar land.
