SUPPLIERS’MART [known as S’MART]

Established in 1999, SUPPLIER’S MART also known as S’MART(wholly developed and managed by Prestico Sdn. Bhd.), which caters to both households and businesses, is the FIRST Commercial Complex to introduce the concept of blending Fresh FARMERS’ market together with other retail businesses with over 200 outlets to form the ideal one-stop shop for customers in Malaysia. Customers are able to purchase fresh and dry groceries as well as fashion apparel, electrical goods, mobile phone accessories, optical, foot wear etc. under one roof.

S’MART, is the pioneer in introducing trolley shopping with wide alleys at fresh section and has successfully introduced FRESH FOODS marketing from morning till evening. Customers are no longer required to purchase fresh foods with limited hours.

S’MART is situated along the main Tebrau Highway about 10KM from North East of Johor Bahru City Centre. With the EDL (Eastern Dispersal Link) access, it takes about 15 minutes drive from Johor Bahru Immigration Point and/or Johor Bahru City Centre to S’MART.

With its total built up 290,000 square feet, S’MART is a single floor complex and offers over 800 free covered and open car park spaces. S’MART opens 7 days a week; 10a.m. – 11p.m.

With over 200 stalls and shops, S’MART has managed to attract huge crowds due to its astoundingly wide selection of fresh farm produce at competitively low prices besides being a perfect place to shop for FRESH supplies of fish, poultry, meat produce and other household and miscellaneous items. S’MART provides an alternative supply platform for Johor’s local Producers and Manufacturers to direct market their products to the end users.

S’MART’s Fresh tenants mainly have their own farms and trawlers, hence Fresh Foods that offered in S’MART comes daily DIRECT from SOURCE without any costly middlemen. Thus, ensuring the lowest best prices at all times.

S’MART Seafood is freshly supplied from Sedili, Endau, Mersing and Pontian and are delivered fresh daily. Fishes sold include those caught with the traditional method of “Bubu” fishing where they catch the fish using bamboo cages that won’t damage the fish, making it healthier, tastier and fresher. S’MART Chicken/Meat are freshly delivered from poultry & cattle farms everyday upon slaughtering.

S’MART Vegetables are fresh from farms everyday from Cameron Highlands, Kota Tinggi, Kulai, ‘and other local pesticide free farms’
